To provide information about my services and enable private enquiries. This website does not offer regulated investment advice, asset management or brokerage services. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

 

Data I process

• Contact (form / email): name, email, message, selected topics, connection preference, and any information you choose to share.
  Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual requests) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries)

• Website operation & security: IP address, device/browser data, timestamps and server logs processed by the hosting provider to ensure security and reliable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

• Server logs are processed automatically by the hosting provider to ensure security and stability of the website.

• Optional content: phone number, file uploads, scheduling data (only if provided)

• Cookies & analytics (if enabled): essential cookies for operation; analytics cookies only with your consent

Processors / recipients

I use carefully selected service providers acting under data-processing agreements, including Wix.com Ltd.(hosting/website), email providers and — if enabled — analytics tools (e.g., Google). Transfers outside the EU/EEA may occur under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or comparable safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries are stored as long as needed to handle your request and for basic record-keeping; analytics data per provider defaults.
